《變形金剛》系列最新續集《變形金剛：萬獸崛起》(Transformers: Rise of the Beasts) 終於將在 6 月 7 日正式上映，重啟這部原本由麥可貝執導的電影系列。本片由《金牌拳手2：父仇》導演小斯蒂芬卡普爾執導，改編相當受系列粉絲歡迎的《百變金剛：野獸大戰》故事線，並為新的電影系列鋪成。就在「金剛王」於大銀幕登場前，《變形金剛：萬獸崛起》評價也已經正式解禁。
《變形金剛：萬獸崛起》預告與劇情簡介
作為 2018 年續集《大黃蜂》的續集兼軟重啟之作，《變形金剛：萬獸崛起》設定在 1990 年代，講述當黑暗勢力再度來臨要摧毀地球，人類的盟友博派金剛柯博文號召大黃蜂、幻影和雅希，並集結「強大金剛」中的金剛王、神鷹、犀牛和黃豹聯手奮戰，誓死抵抗最強大反派「宇宙大帝」以及恐懼金剛和掠奪金剛。
被捲入這一切的人類角色則為安東尼拉莫斯飾演的諾亞迪亞茲，一位想要努力幫助家人的前軍事科技專家。如同之前由席亞李畢福和馬克華伯格飾演的山姆魏威奇和凱德耶格德一樣，諾亞在遇到變形金剛中的博派間諜「幻象」後，就被捲入了一場衝突當中，他要與多明妮可斐許巴克飾演的文物研究者愛蓮娜一同尋找能拯救地球的重要文物。

系列粉絲不僅將會在片長兩個小時以內的《變形金剛：萬獸崛起》中看到各種酷炫的賽柏坦機器人，最令人期待的還有充滿威脅的大反派「宇宙大帝」。此外，根據系列製片洛倫佐迪波納文圖拉的說法，本片將會銜接麥可貝版《變形金剛》系列及《大黃蜂》間的故事，同時帶來以諾亞和愛蓮娜為核心的情感，柯博文也會經歷屬於自己的角色難題，ㄧ邊試圖成為領袖，ㄧ邊與「金剛王」有所衝突。
值得一提的是，導演也成功為這部《變形金剛》系列全新篇章帶來眾星雲集的卡司陣容，像是系列傳奇班底彼得庫倫和朗帕爾曼就分別為柯博文及金剛王配音，其他變形金剛則分別由彼得汀克萊傑、萊莎寇希、楊紫瓊、克里斯托費爾南德斯、約翰迪瑪吉歐等人獻聲，至於其他飾演人類角色的演員還包含蘿倫維萊斯、托貝紐維吉。
